Dudley Stephens Review — Styling the Park Slope

Finally!!  My long-promised review of my absolute favorite winter-must have: Dudley Stephens Turtlenecks!

When I first started noticing the brand a few years ago they looked comfy and cozy, but I didn’t quite understand the hype. After seeing some of my favorite bloggers (Kelly and Carly) RAVE about them, I began my slippery slope (see what I did there!) of Park Slope collecting.  Although they’re on the pricier side, these turtlenecks are AMAZING!  I can’t begin to tell you how many compliments I get when wearing one.  The fit, the collar, the quality, the sustainability — I could just go on and on!

My favorite Dudley style is the Park Slope.  I love the shorter silhouette.  It hits slightly lower at the hip, and it’s the perfect compliment to your favorite pair of jeans. My second favorite is the Cobble Hill.  It’s a longer tunic style with pockets!  Super cozy and perfect to wear with leggings, since it covers the bum.

In general, I find Dudley Stephens to run a little small.  They fit slimmer in the arms, so if you’re like me, you’ll want to size up.  Also, if you’re busty or have broad shoulders — go up a size.  I’m wearing a size medium in the Park Slope, and the fit is just right.

Also, I’m in love with this monogrammed nautical hat from Regatta Reserve.  They were gracious enough to send over some hats.  This hat features my initials (HLT) in the corresponding maritime flag letters.  It’s so high quality, and you can even get one for your mini.  I’m also obsessed with my knot hat — not sure which one I wear more!
