Vigilant Eats + Giveaway

Breakfast is probably my favorite meal of the day.  Starting my morning off with something nutritious is so important to me.  Workday mornings, I wake up at 5:30 AM, and it’s a scramble to get out the door in an hour.  Feeding and walking the dog, applying makeup, getting dressed, packing lunch — it’s a process.  It probably doesn’t help the matter that I lie in bed for 15 minutes after my alarm goes off — #thestruggleisreal.

Needless to say, I need something quick and healthy to get my day started.  Eating healthy sets the tone of the day, which is why I turn to Vigilant Eats Superfood Cereal.  I was recently introduced to this cereal through my gym.  Vigilant Eats is certified gluten-free and organic, vegan, kosher, low glycemic, non-GMO, and soy-free.  It comes in 6 delicious flavors — Coconut Maple Vanilla, Maca Double Chocolate, Goji-Cacao, Rosemary Thyme Sweet Potato, Banana Chia, and Espresso Maca Mulberry.

All you do is peal off the lid, snap together the disposable spoon, and add water, milk, or your favorite non-diary substitute, stir and enjoy!  My favorite flavors are Banana Chia and Coconut Maple Vanilla.

These are the perfect on-the-go meal.  I’d imagine these would be amazing for travel.  You can simply throw these in your carry-on, and you have an instant meal!  I can’t wait to pack these on my next trip.

    the coconut maple vanilla sounds amazing! what cool flavors :) i’m up and at ’em pretty early too, this sounds like a great healthy breakfast option when you’re a busy bee!

    Yum! A lot of great flavors, of which the Maca Double Chocolate would probably be my fave.
