Since the weather has been so abnormally warm in the Northeast lately, I’m really enjoying all of my excursion vests. Who would think that late December weather would be in the 60s?! It’s supposed to be in the 70s on Christmas Eve! So crazy, and a far cry from last year’s Snowmageddon. If this means not commuting to the hospital in a blizzard, then I’ll take it!
Because I’ve been getting extra mileage from my lighter outerwear pieces, I snagged this gingham vest the second I saw it on the website. I love gingham so much — it’s a preppy staple in my closet. I styled it with a navy shirt, but I think this vest would look really cute paired with red too.
